Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SPEP (spepsafety.com) — exam-preparation content for the CRSP, CRST, and CIH certifications, including question banks, mock exams, calculation practice tools, and a study community. By using SPEP, you agree to these terms.

What SPEP Is

SPEP provides exam-style practice content to help candidates prepare for the CRSP, CRST, and CIH certification exams. SPEP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to BCRSP or ABIH, the organizations that administer those exams. Practice questions, calculations, and study material are original exam-style preparation based on published exam blueprints and reference material — not official exam content, and not a guarantee of exam success.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some content requires a paid subscription or one-time purchase (such as a mock exam bundle), processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law; if something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Acceptable Use

Your account is for your own personal exam preparation. Please don't:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All question content, explanations, calculation tools, and site material are owned by SPEP (or licensed to SPEP) and provided for your personal, non-commercial study use. Purchasing access doesn't transfer ownership or grant redistribution rights.

Disclaimers

SPEP content is provided for exam preparation purposes and is offered "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep material accurate and current, but exam blueprints, regulations, and reference standards can change, and we can't guarantee that any particular result — including passing an exam — will follow from using SPEP.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SPEP isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including exam outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid SPEP in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of SPEP after changes means you accept the updated terms.
